中心地から離れていますが、トラムの終點でおり、5〜6分程度歩いて到著します。建物は古めで設備は最低限です。シャワーブースは狹いので大柄なら男性は困るかも。カードキーではなくヨーロッパにありがちなクルクル回して使う鍵です。ドアチェーンはなく、ドアノブもゆらゆらしていて少々不安を感じました。エレベーターの側の部屋だったので、人の話し聲、エレベーターの動くガタガタ音が気になりました。宿泊代が安いのでそれ相応の心構えが必要です。

Das Hotel entspricht den Standards vor der Jahrtausendwende. Die Betten sind relativ alt, die Ausstattung ebenso. Der Fön hatte leicht geschmolzene Hülle, die toten Mückenflecken an den Wänden berichteten von schlaflosen Nächten. Die Wände sind auch recht dünn, wir konnten Telefonate der Nachbarn vollständig mithören. Zimmer sowie Bad Fotos aus der Anzeige stimmten nicht mit unserem Zimmer überein. Es war recht außerhalb gelegen aber die Nahverkehr Verbindungen sind zügig und günstig in Florenz.

The hotel takes around 25-30 minutes by tram from Santa Maria Novella station. For its price, the location is pretty good. My room also has amazing tranquil view. But remember to close the window otherwise you might need to be careful of the mosquitos at night. The staff is friendly and helpful as well.

it is around 6 minutes walk from the tram station. around the property there is nothing much to do. the room is spacious but quite old. for how expensive accommodation in Italy. You had to trade convenient with cost. it is still a decent stay.

酒店在郊區大學附近，可以從市中心做電車前往，下車走400左右，衞生條件堪憂，但是旺季價格不貴，能住但是和青旅水平差不多，浴室水壓極小

Hotel localizado um pouco afastado do centro de Florença em zona calma no que concerne a população e trânsito (pode, no entanto, ser um pouco barulhento devido ao fluxo constante de meios de socorro) e adjacente ao principal hospital policlínico daquela cidade Italiana. Não obstante, oferece uma rede de transporte público bastante boa, com a paragem de tram "Ospedale - Careggi" a cerca de 390 metros da porta de entrada do alojamento. A condição geral do exterior aparenta estar um pouco deteriorada, mas a atenção e a disponibilidade dos rececionistas compensam perfeitamente. Já a dimensão do quarto é bastante generosa e o mesmo apresentava uma limpeza bastante razoável. Dispõe de uma secretária, lençóis limpos e cama bem feita, e tem todos os consumíveis (toalhas de banho e rosto, champô, gel de banho, sabonete de mãos, copos) à disposição. Pequeno-almoço não foi tomado, pelo que não é possível argumentar acerca desse aspecto. De modo geral, bastante agradável e recomendável para quem deseje permanecer algumas noites em Florença a um preço dentro do razoável.

Was very clean. Taking a shower was a struggle due to how the shower head is placed, I unfortunately got water everywhere when trying to wash my hair, they did supply a lot of towels. Its good if all you need is a bed to sleep from walking all day. Wifi also did not work that great for us in the evenings. The location was convenient and there is a great restaurant on the other side of the street.

The hotel's location is good, though not very close to the city center. We were warmly welcomed by a lady who treated us very kindly, but the hotel itself is unfortunately a bit old and outdated. The carpets and bedding are very old, but despite these issues, everything turned out well in the end.

首先價格很便宜，但位置稍微有點遠，車站門口有軌電車可以直達，大概六七站的樣子，全程20分鐘不到。如果想節省費用的可以考慮這家，但是一定要提前定才便宜，我是提前一個月定的，價格很便宜。另外酒店雖然很老舊，房間也很小，但是很乾凈和衞生，設施也挺全，有毛巾，吹風機，沐浴露，房間有電視，但是沒有拖鞋。對於一個人旅行來説，找一個便宜的落腳的地方睡一晚還是不錯的選擇。
